Jill Goodrich, Executive Director - Prior to joining Opportunity School, Jill served on the board for six years, and then she followed her passion for children and families by joining Opportunity School as Executive Director. Jill is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and from West Texas A&M University with a Master of Business Administration. Jill also has completed 24 college credits in Early Childhood Education from Amarillo College.
Leaders
Lesley Webb, Program Quality Specialist - Lesley joined Opportunity School in 2016 after 12 years with Region 16, most recently as Behavior Specialist. Lesley's undergraduate degree is from Texas Tech in Human Development and has a Master's degree in Counseling. Lesley has had extensive training in Conscious Discipline and attended the Conscious Discipline S.T.A.R Conference and Summer Institute. Lesley oversees our classroom program to ensure we are meeting all necessary program standards and quality measures as well as providing leadership for our training and development program.
Vonda Grantham, Central Campus Director - Vonda has worked at Opportunity School since 2007 in a variety of administrative positions. Previously she served as a director with the YMCA at the Midtown location and has been in the child care field for more than 20 years. Vonda has her Associate degree from Amarillo College Early Childhood Education.
Laci Beezley, Early Intervention Specialist - Laci began her career in working with young children in 2002 at Amarillo Montessori Academy. She received her Associate in Applied Science from Amarillo College in Child Development while working as a classroom teacher for ages 0-5. She received the Early Childhood Credential from the American Montessori Society in 2012. In 2013, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University. She became an Early Intervention Specialist in 2014 with Early Childhood Intervention. She also served as Program Director of Early Childhood Intervention until 2020 when she became the Early Intervention Specialist at Opportunity School. During her time at Early Childhood Intervention, Laci became certified in Pathways Early Autism Intervention training, Parent Café, and Bonding and Relaxation Techniques (BART). Laci is trained and registered to conduct hearing and vision screeners by Texas Health and Human Services.
